7 Self-defense moves that will help you against the bad guys



The cities in which we live have unfortunately become very dangerous, especially for a woman who, when attacked by a man, is in physical inferiority. But is it really so? In reality, even a petite woman can defend herself against a big man if she knows the right moves of female self-defense.
The secret, in fact, lies in exploiting the brute force of the aggressor against himself, in such a way that he can free himself from his grip and flee for help. Moreover, even the most powerful of men has weaknesses.




Today we will teach you 7 feminine self-defense moves that could be very useful in the unfortunate event that someone attacks you when you are alone. Try them with your friend or your partner: you will find them very useful!

THE WEAK POINTS OF YOUR AGGRESSOR
Let's start with the ABC: what are the weaknesses of a man? If you memorize them, you will always know exactly where to hit to do more harm.




In this image you can see them clearly depicted: it is the eyes, which you can strike to blind, and the nose. If you grab a man by the nose he stops breathing and can do very little. Then there is the throat, which we will explain to you how to hit, and the solar plexus, to take away his breath. His knees make him lose his balance, and finally his groin is the weak point par excellence of man. If you hit him at that point, he will hardly be able to hurt you.

STRIKE TO THE THROAT
When you are attacked, the most immediate reaction you can have is to punch your assailant's throat, right where the Adam's apple is. This will confuse him and leave him powerless to react for a while.
If you can't, try grabbing one of his hands: take the little finger and the ring finger with your left hand and the other fingers with your right hand, then twist your wrist backwards. It will almost certainly break, and he will experience such pain to stop his aggressive impetus.



STRUCK ON THE BRAIN
This is an obvious but always winning move. Grab your opponent in the groin, and he will no longer be able to move due to the pain.



IF YOU GRANT IT FROM FRONT
If your attacker catches you from the front, you can react in two ways. The first is recommended if there is no room for maneuver between you and him. Hit him with your hands in the groin: he will stand back. now hit him again with the knee, still in the groin, and hit him with the forehead on the nose.


The second case occurs if instead between you and him there is still some space. Then you have to increase it by hitting it on the chin and nose with the outstretched arm. Then knee him in the groin and run as fast as you can!




IF YOU COME FROM THE BACK
The highest possibility, however, is that your assailant takes you from behind, so that he can easily block your arms. In this case you can react in this way: hit him with the back of your head, then lower yourself suddenly, grab his leg and pull it towards you. You will make him lose his balance and he will fall to the ground.

IF YOU COME INTO SIDE
The third possibility that could occur is that you get caught laterally. In this case you have to use the elbow: hit the attacker first on the face, aiming at the nose or mouth, and then in the stomach or solar plexus.



IF YOU COME THROUGH AGAINST A WALL
You should not be discouraged even if the attacker pushes you back against the wall. Here's how you can free yourself: hit him under the armpits, if he keeps his arms raised. If instead he holds them down, strike him in the chest or chin. But the best thing is to "use your head": give him a good blow with his forehead then run as fast as you can!



IF YOU PICK THE WRISTUPS
Finally, let's see how you can free your hands if he blocks your arms at your wrists. The secret is to rotate the arm towards the aggressor's thumb, and then pull back as hard as you can. He will lose his grip and you can escape.
